PLACING ORDERS: Large orders must be placed 72hrs in advance! Small personal same day orders are available for pick up only 3hrs prior to pick up. Orders are confirmed only after deposit/payment is recieved. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure order. Remaining balance is due at pick up or delivery. Delivery fee of $10 will apply. Cakes Me Crazy by Catina LLC is not responsible for damages once the order has been picked up or delivered.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: Deposits are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for orders that have already been picked up/delivered. Refunds on paid in full orders may be available depending on issue but are not promised.
